Awesome place of business.

Very professional, and friendly staff. Everything went well, from the Tow Driver, to the Invoice Payment. Better communication than the last Repair Shop, hands down. They had my car finished when they said they would, and the car runs great. I will be a loyal Customer and recommend to others without hesitation.

I can’t say enough good things about Sanford Auto Service. My 2013 Ford F-150 EcoBoost has had issues since I bought it, and I’ve taken it to multiple shops over the years. It would run well at times, but never truly great—until now. When my timing chain went out, I brought it here for a full tune-up. While it was a big repair, they worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated.

The result? My truck has NEVER run better. It’s been three weeks, and I’ve put it through the test—out-of-town trips, towing, 4WD—and it’s handled everything flawlessly. This is the best it has ever driven.

From Tracy in the front office to the mechanics in the back (wish I remembered their names!), everyone was honest, transparent, and dedicated to quality work. I’ve also brought my Tahoe here for some repairs, and that experience was great as well. But the work they did on my F-150 was major, and I couldn’t be more pleased. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic in San Antonio, this is the place.

Good people and good service. They fixed my Tahoe in a timely manner and the vehicle is running better than when I brought it in. If I have vehicle problems, I am taking it to Sanford Auto Service.

Honest place, quality work, and very fast turnaround time. Wish I had found this place sooner after I moved to San Antonio

Repeat customer. Trustworthy shop. Took my truck over due to shock, strut, brake issues and they repaired it efficiently and the drive feels like I’m floating on clouds it’s so smooth and this is on SA roads! Thank you Sanford Auto!

I come from a family of mechanics and people that have been in the automotive field for over 30 years.

This is the most honest dependable repair shop you will find in the greater SA area. Highly recommend their services.

Tracy was so very kind. I came in with an oil pump drive belt issue and he help explain everything to me and got me the help I needed.
